Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

Order Not Delivered

If your order was not delivered within the estimated delivery time and the merchant confirms non-delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

Wrong Items Delivered

If you received items that are significantly different from what you ordered, you may request a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If items arrive damaged, spoiled, or defective, you can request a refund within 24 hours of delivery. Photo evidence may be required.

Order Cancellation by Merchant

If the merchant cancels your order due to unavailability or other reasons, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, the duplicate charges will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after placing an order, refunds are not available unless the merchant agrees.

Incorrect Address: If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Unavailability to Receive: If you were not available to receive the delivery and did not respond to delivery attempts.

Perishable Items: Refunds for perishable food items are only available if they arrive spoiled or damaged.

Late Refund Requests: Refund requests made more than 48 hours after delivery may not be processed.

  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  5. Once approved, the refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days

Note: The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • When only some items in your order are missing or damaged
  • When a substitute item of lower value was provided without your consent
  • When delivery fees need to be adjusted due to service issues

Store Credit

In certain situations, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on StoreKy and does not expire. You will be notified if store credit is being offered as an alternative to a refund.
