Returnable Items

The following items may be eligible for return:

Non-Perishable Goods

Packaged products, household items, and other non-perishable goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels are intact
  • The product is in resalable condition

Defective or Damaged Products

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence is required.

Wrong Items Delivered

If you receive incorrect items, you can request a return and replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned for hygiene, safety, or quality reasons:

Fresh Food Items: Fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, and other perishable food items (unless spoiled or damaged upon delivery)

Prepared Food: Restaurant meals, cooked food, and ready-to-eat items

Personal Care Items: Cosmetics, toiletries, and personal hygiene products (unless sealed and unopened)

Opened Packages: Any item with broken seals or opened packaging (except for defective items)

Gift Cards and Vouchers: Digital or physical gift cards cannot be returned

Custom or Personalized Items: Products made to order or customized for you

Step-by-Step Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and approve it if it meets our return criteria. You'll receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

Package the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Ensure the item is in the same condition as received.

Pickup or Drop-off

We'll arrange a pickup from your address, or you can drop off the item at a designated location. Pickup is usually free for defective or wrong items.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Free Return Pickup: Available for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Customer-Paid Returns: For returns due to change of mind or other non-defect reasons, return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Inspection and Quality Check

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. If the item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund. You will be notified of the inspection results.
